Monty Engineering & Real Estate International Terms of Service

Monty Engineering & Real Estate International offers professional surveying, planning, and real estate development services, as well as construction equipment sales. The specifics of each service will be detailed in the respective service agreements.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed during the course of the service agreement. This obligation of confidentiality extends beyond the termination of these Terms.

6. Payment Terms
Payment terms for our services will be outlined in the respective service agreements. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monty Engineering & Real Estate International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through our services

8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Monty Engineering & Real Estate International, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to our services
• Your violation of any term of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
• Any claim that your use of our services caused damage to a third party

9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.
